Dalle Chilli (Dalle Khursani):

It is used to make fresh or fermented pickle and spice up

curry or soup. Sun dry Dalle Khursani helps in drying out some moisture, and also

helps in preserving the pickle for a long time. A fiery mixture of local spices and

organic Dalle makes the pickle pungent and with flavour. It is popular during cold

winter months as its heat keeps the body warm. Pickled one either simply in

vinegar or with spices is popular and consumed with food. Dallae Chili pickle is

generally made with organic and natural ingredients and improved with lip

smacking taste and spices. Ginger & Garlic are also used as per the requirement.
