If you are a cheese lover, you might probably be aware of Nepal's

chhurpi, the hardest natural cheese in the world. Chhurpi is healthy and highly

nutritious given its high content percentage of protein, Omega 3 fatty acids, and

antioxidants. Chhurpi is like Italian ricotta, is also made from whey, and is soft,

white, and neutral in taste. It is traditional that has been passed on to

generations. Milk is boiled and then hung to drain the water, put in jute bags, and

pressed hard to get the chewable chhurpi cheese.
